VINIFICATION: 11 months in inox barrel

COLOUR: intense ruby red with purple hues.

FLAVOUR: intense and persistence with scent of cherry, raspberry and plum.

TASTE: dry, soft with silky tannins.

AGEING:ready to drink wine, but with some years of storage it becomes more elegant.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18° C.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING: appetizers of ham and salami, semi-aged chese, pasta with meat sauce, white and red meat dishes.
