GRAPES: Barbera 100%

VINIFICATION: 2 months in inox barrel and about 12 months in french oak barrels.

COLOUR: intense ruby red.

FLAVOUR: intense with scent of ripe red fruis enriched with spicy notes of vanilla and liquorice.

TASTE: full body, warm, persistent with bright acidity.

AGEING: long-living wine, appreciated even after 10 years in bottle.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20° C.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING: red meat and game dishes.
