FLAVOUR: intense with scent of ripe red fruis enriched with spicy notes of vanilla and liquorice.
TASTE: full body, warm, persistent with bright acidity.
AGEING: long-living wine, appreciated even after 10 years in bottle.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20° C.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING: red meat and game dishes.
