COLOUR: intense bright ruby .

FLAVOUR: intense, elegant, with scent of rose, cherry and plum.

TASTE: bright acidity, typical of this grape, tasty and full body wine.

AGEING:long living wine.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20° C.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING: you can serve it with semi-seasoned cheese,  ham and salami, soup, with and red meat.
